Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle the creative team, train each member, and provide guidance in every part of the designing process.
  • Creating compelling visuals that inspired and captivated audiences
  • Help manage e-commerce website with adding new product to the site and uploading of website banners, and photography.
  • Work closely with junior designers, internees, marketing and sales team to develop new projects, increase sales and followers on social media.
  • Pitching ideas and communicating the project outline to the design team.
  • Overseeing the design projects, from start to finish, and monitoring the staff members to ensure they adhere to timeline constraints.
  • Recruiting and hiring for the design department
